Shipping
We ship orders placed in the Make My Muscle app or on makemymuscle.com to addresses in India. Products are sold and shipped by Muscle Mantra Projects Pvt Ltd.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver to most PIN codes in India. The app checks your PIN code at checkout and tells you if we can't deliver there yet.
2. When your order ships
Orders are usually packed and handed to our courier within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of shipping, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer. Delivery dates are estimates from the courier and aren't guaranteed.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, and any free-shipping offer, are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices of products include GST.
5. Tracking
When your order ships, we send you the courier name and tracking number, and you can follow it from My orders in the app.
6. If something goes wrong
If your package is late, lost or arrives damaged, email support@makemymuscle.com with your order number. For damaged or wrong items, see our refunds and returns policy.
